Keynote Speaker: Prof. David Miller, Nuffield College, Oxford.

We are now inviting young scholars and postgraduate students in philosophy,
political theory, international relations and other related areas to submit
high quality papers which are either direct responses to Miller’s „National
Responsibility and Global Justice“ or explore themes such as human rights,
collective responsibility, cosmopolitanism and nationalism, global justice,
immigration and foreign aid.

Please include a brief 300-500 words abstract and a contribution of no
longer than 6.500 words for a 45 minute presentation. Please send your
contribution prepared for blind review with the subject: *submission to
David Miller Colloquium *either to Alice Pinheiro Walla (
apw36@st-andrews.ac.uk) or Yann Allard-Tremblay (ya49@st-andrews.ac.uk)
