Veranstaltet wird die Konferenz vom Lehrsthul f\u00fcr Politische Theorie in Dresden, insbesondere vom Projekt <a href=\"https:\/\/pushbacklash.eu\/\">Push*<em>Back*<\/em>Lash: Anti-Gender Backlash and Democratic Pushback <\/a>in Kooperation mit dem <a href=\"https:\/\/tu-dresden.de\/gsw\/der-bereich\/chancengleichheit?set_language=en\">Equal Opportunities Office of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences<\/a>. Die Konferenz nimmt den &#8222;Backlash&#8220; von Gender-, intersektionalen und postkolonialen Studien in den Blick. Es wird vor allen um die Logik der Einschr\u00e4nkung von diesen akademischen und zivilgesellschaftlichen Bereichen gehen und dar\u00fcber hinaus um Abwehrstrategien f\u00fcr sie. Entsprechende Papers k\u00f6nnen u.a. f\u00fcr folgende Themen eingereicht werden:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The nature and scope of the backlash against gender, queer, intersectional, decolonial, and postcolonial scholarship<\/li>\n<li>The impact of this backlash on academic institutions, teaching, and public discourse<\/li>\n<li>Intersectional responses to these challenges from marginalized communities and scholars<\/li>\n<li>Concrete strategies for resistance and solidarity in the face of institutional and political pressures<\/li>\n<li>The role of extractivism in the gender backlash scenario<\/li>\n<li>Digital and non-digital forms of backlash<\/li>\n<li>The role of international solidarity networks in reimagining democracy through gender lenses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Abstracts von bis zu 300 W\u00f6rtern k\u00f6nnen bis zum 31. M\u00e4rz 2025 project.pushbacklash(at)tu-dresden.de gerichtet werden. Die Zusage erfolgt bis zum 30. April 2025 und die ausgeschriebenen Papers sollen bei erfolgter Zusage bis zum 31.
