Im Frankfurter Exzellenzcluster „Normative Ordnungen“ steht in der nächsten Woche die Jahrestagung an. Schwerpunkt liegt diesmal auf den rechtstheoretischen Aspekten des Ordnungsthemas, für Politische Theoretiker ist sowas aber ja auch immer interessant. Eingeläutet wird das Ganze am Donnerstag, 10. November 2011, mit einem Vortrag von Martin Loughlin über constitutional pluralism. Am Freitag sprechen neben vielen Clusterprofessuren auch noch Paul Schiff Berman und Jean Cohen.
