Die Bremen International Graduate School of Social Sciences (BIGSSS) ruft derzeit zu Bewerbungen für ihr 42-monatiges Dissertationsprogramm inklusive Auslandsaufenthalt auf. Die Bewerbungsfrist ist der 15. September 2016, das Programm startet am 01. Februar 2017. Das Promotionsprojekt muss zu einem der drei Themenfelder der BIGGS passen: Global Governance and Regional Integration; Welfare State, Inequality and Quality of Life; Changing Lives in Changing Socio-Cultural Contexts. Diese wichtige Bewerbungsvoraussetzung sollte m.E. Erwähnung finden: „applicants must not have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in Germany for more than 12 months during the 3 years immediately prior to the date of their application to BIGSSS-departs“
